The Austrian PR Quality Sachet is the most important quality certification for the Austrian Public Relations industry. The quality label is based on the internationally established quality standard Consultancy Management Standard (CMS) for communication agencies, which was adapted for the Austrian market in 2014 and extended to include ethical criteria. The quality seal stands for management and work quality, efficient processes and transparency. An independent audit is conducted every two years for recertification.
ikp Vienna and ikp Salzburg – as two of only a few agencies in Austria – have already been quality-certified according to the international Consultancy Management Standard since 2004 and have carried the Austrian PR Quality Seal since its introduction in 2014.
