Day-to-day business includes information and awareness campaigns, resident and dialogue projects, especially in the areas of infrastructure, brand communication, social media strategy and content production, media and influencer relations, employer branding, reputation management and crisis communication.
The ikp Salzburg team of around 10 creative and strategic minds works for numerous national and international companies from a variety of sectors, organisations and interest groups. ikp Salzburg is certified according to the international Consultancy Management Standard CMS III and has been awarded the Austrian PR Quality Label.
Samuel Inwinkl
Junior Consultant
As a digital nerd, Samuel is always on the lookout for the latest tools and technologies for PR work.
Samuel graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science in 2020 and decided to continue with a Master’s degree in Salzburg. In addition, he is also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Digitalization-Innovation-Society and joined ikp Salzburg in September 2022.
As a native of East Tyrol, he gained his first experience as an employee at a regional weekly newspaper. At ikp, he works in the content management team and implements social media campaigns. Other tasks include editing texts and working in project management.
Sandra Kurzeiter
Office Management
She is the face to the friendly voice on the phone in Salzburg.
Tourism and marketing course in Klessheim, many years of experience in organization and administration as well as seminar and event organization.
In addition to organizational tasks, Sandra handles any pile of documents, no matter how large, with enviable ease. In addition, Sandra always ensures a pleasant reception and keeps an eye on all appointments and deadlines.
Brigitte Lassacher
Accounting
If there is an accounting or tax problem, Brigitte is always the right person to talk to.
After attending the commercial academy and passing the accountant’s exam, Brigitte gained first professional experiences at a tax consultant and later deepened her knowledge as accountant of various companies. Since 1993 she has been responsible for the accounting department of ikp Salzburg. From 2006 to 2021 she also managed the accounting department of ikp Vienna.
Brigitte is responsible for the entire accounting – from the rough balance sheet to the payroll accounting to the payment runs and the dunning process. In addition, she is also very happy to assist with all tax issues and questions regarding proper bookkeeping with advice and patience.
Markus Mayrhuber
Senior Consultant
With a keen sense of design, aesthetics and humor, the "early bird" is an asset to any project.
After training as a graphic designer, Markus completed a master’s degree in journalism and communication science at the University of Salzburg. He has been working in the field of advertising, marketing and PR for 25 years (in agencies as well as on the corporate side as a press officer, marketing and brand manager).
The native Upper Austrian has a lot of experience in the field of B2C and B2B communication. His professional past is of great help to him when it comes to strategic customer consulting. As a senior consultant for various industries, he has specialized in marketing communications, design and brand development, corporate publishing and content marketing.
Nadine Sinzinger
Junior Consultant
Whether it's content production, press releases or project management - as a communications all-rounder, Nadine supports the Salzburg team with her open-minded approach to daily PR tasks.
Nadine completed her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science at the University of Salzburg with a thesis on crisis PR. So far, she gained professional experience in the agency sector, mainly with social media marketing and video production. Nadine has been with ikp Salzburg since August 2022.
Nadine’s main tasks include the writing and editing of texts as well as content design for different channels, research and project management. In addition, she collaborates on resident and dialogue projects. Nadine also supports the team in various campaigns and organizational tasks.
Lea Steurer
Digital Content Creation, PR, Social Media
With her creative streak, the content producer brings more movement into the digital world of images.
Lea graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Communication Science at the University of Salzburg. Her previous experience was in advertising and PR. She has been supporting ikp Salzburg since July 2021.
Her main tasks are in the area of content production. This involves the creation of photos and videos for social media: from storyboarding to shooting and editing. Lea also supports the team with campaigns, editorial, content management and research.
Mick Weinberger
Managing Partnerin
Mick is bursting with ideas and implements them with great attention to detail - that's how she inspires clients. She is also the border collie in the ikp Salzburg team. She is a real team player and is responsible for new business and agency development in the management team.
Communication Science and Educational Science at the Paris-Lodron-University Salzburg. MBA-General Management, SMBS of the Paris-Lodron-University Salzburg. More than 20 years of experience in the PR industry in agencies and in advertising agencies. For more than a decade, she managed corporate communications, marketing and employer branding at SALK-Salzburger Landeskliniken, where she also served as press spokesperson. From this time, Mick brings a lot of practical experience for crisis communication and project management. She has been a managing partner at ikp Salzburg since January 2021.
Mick knows both the client and the agency side. The focus is on strategy consulting, awareness, information, and image campaigns, employer branding and content marketing with a social media & press focus. Finance, healthcare, social affairs, industry, construction and energy are her core topics and she is an expert in communicating sustainability issues.
Andreas Windischbauer
Managing Partner
With experience and enthusiasm - for many years he has been the contact person for complex communication tasks at ikp Salzburg.
After studying journalism and communication science as well as political science at the University of Salzburg, he founded the company together with Peter Hörschinger, Alfred Autischer and Elfy Walch, which they then called ikp – Institut für Kommunikations-Planung. Today, Andreas is Managing Partner of ikp Salzburg GmbH and responsible for personnel management and internal processes in the management board.
The Upper Austrian is a lecturer at the University of Salzburg in the fields of public relations and content management. As a senior consultant, he enjoys developing campaigns, advising primarily on strategic issues and supporting companies in crisis communication. In his free time, the media aficionado likes to go to the movies and listen to podcasts like “Eine Stunde Film”, “Übermedien” or “Servus.Grüezi.Hallo”.
