We stand firmly for diversity and against any form of discrimination, bullying, harassment and abuse of power. With the DEI@ikp initiative we are committed to work on relevant topics such as inclusive language, a psychologically and physically safe atmosphere as well as clarification on green- and pinkwashing. To set an example with external impact, ikp Wien has signed the Diversity Charter and has been a member since 2023.
The Diversity Charter is an initiative to promote respect for all members of society – regardless of gender, age, origin and skin colour, sexual orientation, religion and world view, as well as physical or mental disability. As part of the initiative, the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKO) organises various events, including the Charter Business Breakfast, and brings those Austrian companies to the forefront that implement the topic of DEI in an exemplary manner.
