Isabella Baur
PR & Communication
As a broadly-based communications specialist, Isabella is always open to new ideas and enjoys working on complex projects at ikp.
Isabella studied Journalism and Communication Studies as well as Cultural and Social Anthropology at the University of Vienna. After graduating, she spent four years as a consultant at a PR agency in Vienna specialising on IT and technology companies before moving back to Vorarlberg.
Isabella joined ikp Vorarlberg in 2019. In addition to traditional media relations, her work focuses on crisis communications, litigation PR and sustainability communications. She also has extensive experience working with industry and advocacy groups. “Bella” tackles the hottest topics with flair, and has a knack for asking the right questions at the right time.
Martin Dechant
Executive team
Martin is a communications professional and networker through and through. With his easy-going approach, he finds the right solution for every problem and the best creative idea for each campaign.
Martin joined ikp Vorarlberg in 2001 and completed the internationally-acclaimed PR-Dual degree course in Heidelberg while continuing to work. Just four years later, he joined the ikp executive team. Martin has been managing partner of ikp Vorarlberg GmbH since the start of 2009.
As an experienced communications professional, Martin has a reliable knack for finding the right strategy, regardless of the problem or topic. A certified crisis communicator, Martin guides clients through business challenges with ease. He also has an open door for his employees at all times – and in so doing, provides the foundations for the team spirit that makes ikp so special.
Eva Deschler-Einwaller
PR & Communication
A funky all-rounder, Eva supports clients in almost every area, and develops ikp as a brand in internal task forces.
After spending several years at a law firm, Eva moved to the communications industry in 2008. She completed a diploma as a Commercial and Marketing Assistant at Dornbirn Business Institute (WIFI Dornbirn). Eva has been working for ikp since 2010; she has also been teaching at WIFI Dornbirn since 2017 and has been a certified apprenticeship examiner on the examination committee since 2020.
Whether it is a mature, cross-media media plan, a perfectly tailored campaign, well thought-out strategic consulting or the full service: Eva always gives her best to everyone, providing customised communication solutions. And the native of Lustenau also goes full throttle in her workshops.
Katharina Enderle
Social Media Management
Katharina, also known as our social media queen, is the creative wonder weapon in the Vorarlberg team of ikp and has considerable know-how in the digital world.
Katharina graduated from the St. Josef Institute for Business Careers in Feldkirch. She joined our Vorarlberg team as an apprentice in the autumn of 2016, and in the spring of 2019, graduated as a Social Media Manager from her part-time studies at the Vienna Business Academy.
As a social media expert, Katharina is our go-to person for everything surrounding Meta, TikTok and so forth. She knows all about almost every trend – and as head of Digi-Cobra, our digital unit, she shares her knowledge at the ikp social media workshops. Katharina is also ahead of the game when it comes to influencer marketing and always makes sure that our campaigns reach a wide audience.
Marion Hepberger
PR & Communication
With industry expert Marion, our clients benefit from communication with sensitivity. Whether it is a joyful “Ciao Bella”, an astonished “Oh làlà” or an enthusiastic “Tell me” – Marion, who hails from Hörbranz, Liechtenstein, radiates international charm in the office.
Comparative literature in Innsbruck and Italian studies in Rome – her enthusiasm for languages and Italy has made her career path something of a cinch. As a copywriter, concept developer and editor, Marion spent time working in Isny and Schwarzach before joining ikp in 2016.
Both we and our clients benefit from Marion’s superb knowledge of communications. She knows the media landscape like no other, plays every composition on the piano of PR, and gets to the heart of every issue. Marion’s sensitive touch works wonders in HR and PR campaigns, magazines, books and concepts.
Dominic Hoferer

Dominic is knowledgeable: popular social media channels, latest trends, everything about football – the passions of our media specialist are diverse. And he is always ready to share his knowledge.
After graduating from HAK Bregenz, specializing in Media Design, Dominic began his apprenticeship as a Media Specialist at ikp in the fall of 2020 – which he was able to complete with excellent success. His multifaceted education helps him to cover various areas in the agency. The focus is on online marketing and content production. As a result, he is also a member of the ‘Digi-Cobra’, our digital unit.
Whether it’s about online marketing & social media, the graphic design of our content, or creating animations – Dominic impresses with passion and skill. The whole team has long benefited from his extensive know-how in the IT field: Helpful and patient, he has solved many a problem in a straightforward and rapid manner.
Wanda Mikulec-Schwarz
PR & Communication
Experienced communications expert Wanda is our “wonder weapon” when it comes to thinking through the most complex projects right down to the last detail.
Wanda graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien) and trained in Heidelberg as a PR consultant with certification from the German Public Relations Association. She also has training as a life and social counsellor and as an academic mental coach.
From social enterprises to leading industrial companies, Wanda’s expertise impresses clients from a wide range of industries. A strategy specialist, she unerringly puts concepts down on paper and creates exciting corporate publishing projects. Her expertise in crisis communications and traditional PR round off her portfolio.
Julia Riepl
Office Management
Julia knows pretty much all of our clients and contacts. She coordinates and organises enquiries and concerns relating to media monitoring, ikp events and other requests. She supports our clients in a sympathetic, competent and calm manner.
Julia is a certified commercial and marketing assistant and apprentice trainer. With her refreshing laugh, she always puts the ikp team in a good mood and makes sure that our company runs smoothly.
Julia, who is a mother of three, has been working at ikp since October 2011, and is responsible for the back office and the media monitoring in particular. She also organises our ikp events, such as the cutting of the Christmas tree and the ikp updates. Other agencies might call her a “feel-good manager”. We call her Julia, though, because she is both unique and original.
Bernhard Tschann
Agency director / PR & Communication
As agency director and calming influence, Bernhard has an open door for any questions our team members may have. Thanks to his professional know-how, ingenious flashes of inspiration and factual communication solutions often come from his pen. He is also known for his easy laugh and witticisms.
Bernhard studied for a degree in Business Administration and Political Science in Innsbruck with study visits to England and Thailand. After starting his career in project management, he gained experience in PR and marketing, before joining our team as a consultant in November 2017. In 2021, Bernhard rose to the position of agency director.
When it comes to project and infrastructure communication, Bernhard is the right person to talk to. With his understanding of the political contexts and his experience in the private sector, he has tailor-made solutions at the ready for all his clients. Strategic, professional communication, often in a public law context, is his specialty field.
Our range of services is therefore varied: We offer classic media and PR work as well as complete communication campaigns, social media support, corporate publishing and crisis communication. We create content for text, images and videos and always select our channels according to the target group.
