The PR agency from Museumstrasse was deemed the best organization in the category "small and companies" in the federal award.
We did it again: After gaining six out of seven stars in the independent EFQM quality management assessment in February 2023, ikp Wien succeeded in winning the category for small and medium-sized enterprises of the Austrian Business Excellence Award for the second time.
The prestigious prize was awarded by Quality Austria and the Ministry of Economy during the Winners Conference at Erste Campus in Vienna in June 2023. Worthy of the award are organizations with high corporate quality standards that achieve outstanding performance on a sustained basis and thus meet or exceed the expectations of their stakeholders.

Quality assurance is an ongoing process that requires constant monitoring and continuous improvement. Meeting the high demands of our customers on a daily basis and regularly exceeding them is only possible with an excellent and highly motivated team. This is why the award goes to all our employees who were perceived by the jury as particularly committed and who enthusiastically support and shape our corporate culture. Particularly highlighted in the evaluation were not only our 4-day work model and 36-hour work week, but also our innovation processes and sustainability initiatives”, says Peter Hörschinger, Managing Director at ikp Vienna.
Quality focus with attitude and responsibility
ikp Vienna already reached the winner’s podium of the Austrian Business Excellence Award in 2015 and took home the victory in the category “Small Companies”. Also in the area of corporate responsibility, ikp has been one of the industry pioneers for many years – on the one hand as the first company from the Austrian communication industry at the UN Global Compact with regular CSR reporting since 2016, on the other hand as part of the “Committed 400” small and medium-sized enterprises of the CSR Guide, the yearbook for corporate responsibility. Furthermore, ikp is a member of RespACT.
