After starting a Bachelor’s degree in “Journalism and PR” in Graz and gaining professional experience at FH JOANNEUM, Red Bull, and Siemens, she completed her degree in “Information, Media & Communication” at FH Eisenstadt. Initially working for KPTN from Vienna, she has been back in Graz since 2022.
With Shopify as Julia’s specialty, e-commerce clients receive top-notch advice when it comes to creating or optimizing their online stores. Combined with her Google Ads expertise across various industries, she offers the perfect synergy for sustainable success in online retail.

Kathrin Hiller

The "K" in Kathi stands for creative. As managing director of KPTN, she specializes primarily in the design and conception of unique content.
Kathi studied Journalism and PR at FH JOANNEUM Graz and has already been advising companies on social media marketing during her studies.
For this Upper Styrian native, social media has always been a great passion. No trend passed her by – today she gets to set trends actively, together with her clients. Storytelling on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook are her areas of expertise.
Noah Petek
Creative Designer
Technical expertise, creative storytelling, and 9 years of experience in video production – combined with a keen sense for social media. With this, Noah creates high-quality and targeted content.
After gaining experience as a self-employed filmmaker and photographer, working on various video and social media projects, Noah joined the KPTN team at the end of 2024. He brings his creative instincts and expertise in visual content production to enhance the team’s work.
From After Effects via Premiere Pro to Photoshop – Noah masters the entire spectrum of digital content production. He brings in-depth knowledge of camera technology and has a strong understanding of social media algorithms. His strengths lie in working independently on set and visually bringing creative ideas to life.
Teresa Melissa Pichler
Senior Consultant
From Graz to Vienna and back: After more than four years at ikp Vienna in the Museumsquartier, Teresa returned to Styria, where the Graz branch of ikp opened in 2022 under her leadership.
After taking her first steps in magazine journalism while studying Journalism & PR at FH Joanneum, Teresa embarked on a career in PR. She started at a Graz-based agency in the social media sector and has been with ikp Vienna since 2018. She served on the leadership team of PRVA Newcomers as a volunteer.
From traditional media relations such as press releases and advertorials to social media and influencer relations—Teresa works at the Vienna and Graz offices primarily for clients in the healthcare, finance, and retail sectors. Internally, the winner of the 2020 Austrian Young PR Award leads the ikp Influencer Unit.
At ikp, Teresa is responsible for sales and thus keeps a close eye on the market. How is the communications landscape evolving, how does one remain attractive to clients, and which skills, tools, and content are in high demand? The answers to these questions are on her daily to-do list.
Nina Radeschnig
Creative Designerin
Mostly in the photo studio, but also likes to move into other creative areas: She has fresh ideas for video editing and outdoor shoots as she creates catchy images with a trained eye.
Nina has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Design and a Master’s degree in Communication Design from FH JOANNEUM in Graz. She is currently attending the evening college for photography and multimedia art at the HTBLVA Graz Ortweinschule.
Thanks to her wide-ranging education, Nina is a creative allrounder. She is active in photography as well as editing, animation and graphic design. In addition, she always keeps a cool head in stressful situations and ensures a relaxed atmosphere.
Franziska Schenner
Consultant
From politics to the agency world: Franziska Schenner brings strategic sensitivity, communicative experience and a sure hand for storytelling to the ikp team.
Franziska laid the foundation for her career with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and PR, followed by a master’s degree in Visual Communication at the FH Joanneum University of Applied Sciences. She gained her first practical experience through various internships and jobs in online marketing and traditional press relations before being responsible for communications for a political organization for five years.
From traditional media relations to digital communication and event organization, Franziska brings a wide range of experience in a variety of communication disciplines. At ikp Vienna and Graz, she serves clients in lifestyle, retail and tourism, energy and industry, and finance and services. Internally, she supports the social media and new business departments. Internally, she leads the social media division.
